Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

If you purchase a product online, by phone, or by mailorder, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving yourgoods, without needing to provide a reason. You then have another 14 days toreturn the item(s) to us.

Refunds will be processed within14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Original shipping costs will berefunded unless you selected a premium delivery option.

Return shipping costs are theresponsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returns Eligibility

You may return a product if:

·      It is faulty, damaged, or notas described.

·      It does not perform as expectedor is not fit for its intended purpose.

·      You have changed your mind(within the 14-day cancellation period for distance sales).

To be eligible for a return:

·      Items must be unused, in theiroriginal packaging, and in a resalable condition.

·      Proof of purchase (e.g., orderconfirmation or receipt) is required.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

·      Items returned after the 14-daycancellation period (unless faulty).

·      Products that have been openedor used (unless faulty).

·      Items seized by customs due toimport restrictions in your country.

·      Personalised or perishableitems, unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged:

·      You have 30 days from receiptto request a full refund.

·      After 30 days and up to 6months, you may request a repair or replacement. If this is unsuccessful, youare entitled to a refund.

·      After 6 months, you may stillbe entitled to a remedy if the product does not last a reasonable amount oftime (up to 6 years in England and Wales).

How to Return an Item

Customers in the United Kingdom are responsible forthe cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return of the goods.

Customers outside the UK areresponsible for return shipping and any customs duties.
