‍As ADHD is an ongoing disorder, two follow-up consultations to monitor your progress and the efficacy of treatments, together with liaison with your GP and other clinicians involved in your care will be included. The full ADHD assessment process includes:

3 consultations – initial and 2 follow-ups
Completion and evaluation of diagnostic questionnaires by our consultant psychiatrist
Blood pressure and ECG tests
GP and consultant liaison
Diagnosis and treatment plan
Preparation and supply of prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy
Monitoring of treatment

The assessment package costs £1,600 if paid in instalments but as a single payment it reduces to £1,450

We will also need go through some questionnaires which help with diagnosis and understanding of your symptoms and trigger points, liaison with your GP to support treatment of ADHD with medication where appropriate, alongside other suggested treatments and, with your permission, discussion with family or other nominated individual to assess your symptoms in childhood.

Behavioral therapy may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, which can help individuals learn coping strategies to manage their symptoms, and lifestyle modifications, such as regular exercise, good sleep hygiene, and a healthy diet, can also help manage ADHD symptoms.

It is important to seek professional help if you are experiencing symptoms of ADHD. With proper diagnosis and treatment, individuals with ADHD can learn to manage their symptoms and lead successful, productive lives. Please note that currently we do not offer child/adolescent assessments but plan to in the near future.

Step 1

Preparation

Our experienced customer service team will arrange your ADHD assessment consultations and help gather your medical history documents to ensure a smooth consultation process.

Step 2

Consultation

The first consultation with our psychiatric Consultant is very detailed and takes around 2 hours. It covers a physical examination, medical history review, diagnostic questionnaires and investigations including blood pressure tests.

Step 3

Treatment

The psychiatric Consultant will follow up with you, explaining the results of investigations, agreeing a treatment plan and providing prescriptions.

Step 4

Monitoring

Within the ADHD assessment we include a 2^nd follow up consultation to review the success of treatment, understand your feedback and answer any questions you have, including liaising with your local care providers if you would find this helpful.
